Painted Mountain Golf Club has lightly rolling fairways accented with palm trees, cacti, and manzanita trees.
Standing on the contoured greens, the golfer has a beautiful view of Red Mountain and the majestic Superstitions.
The course is not long, there is a little water, and it should not be difficult to keep the ball in play.
A special attraction is the Executive 9 hole course, set up for newer golfers, seniors, or those who wish a relaxing nine.
This is one of the few Valley courses where walking is allowed.
